In 2001, Eric Dombach started his business coaching career as a franchisee of ActionCoach Business Coaching, considered the largest and most successful coaching firm of its kind in the world. Two years later, he founded his own company Coach Success Center, LLC and in 2005, sold his ActionCoach franchise to 4 of his fellow business associates for a hefty $1million, or 800% return on invested capital. He then launched an online coaching service with MyCoachesCoach.com where, together with his team of high performance trainors have provided entrepreneurs interest in growing their business with the needed skills in managements, marketing and leadership.
Since 1993, Eric Dombach has been happily married to Deborah with whom he has fathered 4 amazing children: Jeremiah, Hannah, Josiah and Judah. A leisure sport athlete, a voracious readers and a fusion jazz guitar enthusiast, Eric served as an Associate Pastor in his local denominational congregation in Pennsylvania from 1993 to 2000 before seriously embarking on his successful career in business and management coaching for both entrepreneurs and corporate coaches.
